Your future is bright

Your future is bright

I choose to believe the future IS bright 🌟

A huge part of wellbeing comes from HOPE: That feeling that there’s a life full of brilliant experiences ahead of you to look forward to.

A life of connections, occasions, celebrations, memorable moments, good times, tough times, party times… and so much more.

It’s this sense of hope that drives us to make better decisions for our future, including positive choices for our longer term health.

However, here’s the tricky bit:

We’re constantly bombarded by media of all kinds driving a wedge, trying to convince us that it’s foolish to indulge in the kind of hope that will help us be our best selves, insisting that life is all doom and gloom.

So here is a some reassurance.

When I read Scott Galloway’s newsletter last week, I was inspired to share this with you:

“Our children will have wonderful lives. They and their generation will face huge problems, as we did. And, like their ancestors, they will address them with unprecedented character, skills, and tools we can’t even imagine today.”

There is an ever growing tidal wave of proof that the future is bright.

Think mandated green agenda’s across the western world, the democratic unions standing against Russia in the Ukraine, and social connection exploding and being cool again post pandemic. Even with teens 😉

Maybe being present and connected in real life is the next big addiction??
So, lets get after life today!

Let’s focus on what matters and prioritise making the best decisions for US, whatever the constant barrage of media says.

Decisions that feel hopeful and inspiring, that will improve our wellbeing, and that will improve our healthspan within our lifespan.
