Making hard decisions now, equals an easier life later
Making hard decisions now, equals an easier life later

The two things that have the greatest impact on how our lives pan out give a brilliant clue as to where we should focus our efforts.
What we are born with, our genetics, are part one. There is change that can be made here - just take a look at this study on gene expressions - albeit tricky to get our heads around.
And part two, is our environment. This is where we can we can win easily, win big, have your cake AND eat it.
It’s all too easy for us to forget this hierarchy of needs when it comes to changing the fabric of our behaviours.
So start by thinking about your sphere of influence, what makes you do what you do.
Where you live, the food you buy, the people you spend time with, the books and newspapers you read, the internet accounts you follow, the social media you choose to consume…
I could go on, but I’m sure you know what I mean.
The variables you choose day after day are what all come together to make up the kind of life you end up living.
Which means this: Make conscious decisions that set you up with an environment where you can win. An environment conducive to your success, that compounds over time.
Stretch a little today to avoid an injury later. Save a little now to create financial security later. Learn a little now to have more knowledge and wisdom later. Buy foods that will nourish you now to enjoy better health later.
It’s the greatest rule of thumb there is, in my opinion.
Hard decisions now, easier life later. Easy decisions now, harder life later.
The choice is yours… but I think I know what future you would want you to do!
